2016 Napa Valley Red Wine
This blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from the famed Tench Vineyard in Oakville and 40% Merlot from Sugarloaf Mountain leaps from the glass with notes of black currant laced with cocoa. Plush and opulent in the mouth, this hedonistic effort combines the brute force of our Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon with the curvaceous nature of our Merlot. Deep and dark, the purity of fruit is layered with tar and baking spice.
2016 Addax Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Addax 2016 Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon stains the glass with inky purple blackberries, giving up notions of cherries, cassis, and plum with asphalt and Italian leather. Full bodied yet focused in the mouth, it has a satisfying core of dark fruit and earthy layers with seductive tannins and a seemingly never-ending finish.
2017 Addax Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
This Pinot was crafted from the Pfendler vineyards in the Petaluma Gap region of the Sonoma Coast. Aged in 100% new French Oak, this powerhouse Pinot Noir is packed with spring flowers, black raspberries, kirsch, and licorice with subtle notes of forest floor. Deep purple in color, this is truly a Cabernet drinker's Pinot Noir. 357 cases made.
2016 Addax Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
The 2016 Chardonnay opens with expressive ripe peaches, green guava and pink grapefruit with touches of marzipan and ginger. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a lovely satiny texture and wonderful intensity of tropical and stone fruit flavors, finishing with a savory, nutty character shining through.
