Sta Rita Hills Pinot Noir

2016 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

The fruit is dense and alive on this Pinot, showing exotic Chinese five spice, licorice, and dried black cherry. Savory and delicious as the wine opens, hints of toasted oak and clove. Salinity from the ocean meets the ripe sunny hills of fresh cherries. Pair this with a warm stew on a cold night.

2018 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

Dense yet refined, the wine glides with a velvety smooth texture, unfolding layers of cherry and subtle earth. Chocolate souffle and clove weave through the fruit for complexity and depth. The finish is long and lingering; a perfect balance of raspberry and cinnamon. Don’t wait - this wine is ready.

Chardonnay

2019 AK Cuvée Chardonnay

This best-barrel blend of two Sonoma vineyards takes the rich and powerful fruit from the Ritchie Vineyard and elevates it with the refreshing and aromatic fruit of the Rued Vineyard. Deeply flavored Pippin apple and Anjou pear with top notes of passion fruit and Cara Cara orange. A meticulously refined palate with a refreshing, mineral-tinged and lengthy finish.

2019 Purrington-Rued Vineyard Chardonnay

The Rued vineyard and Musque clone Chardonnay exude exotic and elevated aromas. This clone has the acrobatic ability to bring out entire spectrums of fruit essences; from Lisbon to Meyer lemon, Granny smith to Honeycrisp apple, and all the way from Nectarine to Apricot. Creamy lees in the barrel add to the textural depth, creating a wine that is mysterious, yet holds nothing back.

Napa Valley Red Wine

2016 Napa Valley Red Wine

The lively fruit profile bursts with bright flavors of red and black fruits. Think brandied cherries in your Manhattan. Plush and opulent in the mouth, this wine combines the brute force of our Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon with the curvaceous nature of Merlot. Deep and dark, the purity of fruit is layered with tar and baking spice.

2017 Napa Valley Red Wine

This wine is a “diva”, with both poise and stage presence. Opens with candied plums and the comforting warmth of baked cherry pie. A subtle minerality runs through the palate, grounding the fruit with structure and depth. This wine will truly shine after some time in the decanter, revealing its full complexity as it breathes.

2018 Napa Valley Red Wine

Effortlessly powerful, with a decadent richness that coats the palate from the first sip. The dense structure is balanced by vibrant acidity, which lifts the deep flavors of chocolate cake and dark fruits. A streak of minerality runs through the wine, adding complexity and grounding its bold profile. The firm tannins and concentrated flavors reveal more depth after some time in the decanter, allowing it to fully unfold and showcase its potential.

2021 Napa Valley Red Wine

Addax Red Wine is not for the faint of heart or fickle palates. The big bold strokes that were needed to create this wine in turn created a big, bold hedonistic bottle of vino veritas. The nose is blue and dusty, with cacao nibs and baker’s chocolate. The body is dry and ripe at the same time, with heavy handed blue plum skins and deep red fruits.

Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

2015 Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine comes in full throttle, with an inky richness that grabs your attention from the start. Silky tannins provide a smooth, luxurious texture, while the high alcohol content gives it a bold, powerful presence. Flavors of cola and roasted bell pepper layer over deep, dark fruit, creating a complex and intriguing profile. With legs for days, it’s a true powerhouse—one that continues to evolve and impress with every sip.

2017 Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine boasts a luxurious density, enveloping the palate with warm blackberry and rich, fruit-forward flavors. Its mouth-watering acidity keeps everything fresh and vibrant, while the fruit maintains a luscious depth throughout. A soft, velvety finish follows, leaving traces of mild milk-chocolate that add a smooth, comforting touch. It's a wine that offers a balance of richness and approachability, perfect for any occasion.

2021 Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Defined by a core of dark, savory fruit wrapped in fine-grained tannins, this wine exudes hedonistic pleasure. The iron boulders that dominate the landscape of East Oakville give off enough heat at night to soothe the thick skins of Cabernet. This amplifies the mouth filling ripeness and acidity of the grapes into a sensation that has created some of the most sought-after wine in the world.
